How long does it take to get my products?

First, we need to produce your order, which approximately will take 1-2 days. After that, we will ship your order to your destination.

We offer the same shipping method for all countires:

- 7-14 days (worldwide)

This may a be a bit longer or shorter depending on the circumstances.

Do you offer refunds?

Customizable jerseys can not be refunded. According to the law, there is an exception on the statutory return policy. The statutory return policy does not apply to customizable products. You can find more information on the bottom of the page in the 'Return policy' tab.

Cancelling your order is also not possible. We start the production of the jersey very short after we received the order. Once the jerseys are printed, we can not accept a cancellation of an order.

Are you hesitating? We understand that it's difficult to not being able to refund your products. Therefore, we want to give you all the information you need to make the best choice. You can find a size chart at the product page so that you don't have to worry about the size. Also make sure to double-check your order information and customizer options before you order. The product that I want is out of stock.

Due to the large demand on our jerseys, it may occur that some products are sold out and out of stock. Every product will get restocked shortly after it's sold out. We can't guarantee a specific time period for the restock.

You can fill in your e-mail adress at the product page of the product that you want. You will get an e-mail as soon as the product gets restocked. You can also join our Whatsapp Channel for stock notifications and other updates.

Do you offer warranty?

We want every customer to enjoy our jerseys quality. Is your jersey damaged by receipt? Please write us an e-mail with detailed explanation about the situation. Please add the evidence in the e-mail.
